Almost exactly the same (to my knowledge, "shu" is regular) so it'd be "shugotenshhhhh[i]" as in, you don't end on an actual "i" sound, but you kinda form it with your mouth so it's a mere whisper of the letter, if that makes any sense at all. xD

And although I agree that you don't usually pronounce the "u" in す, it is actually fine to do so at times, which. . . you probably know already, hah.

But for example,

「そうです」can be pronounced with or without that "u" in す, but it will change both the intonation and the meaning of what you're trying to say.
