The first tag battle was not a fair fight. Watch it sometime. Do you see both chefs making their own dishes? Nope. One chef is making all of the dishes with assistance from the other guy. That's how they won that first one since the iron chefs weren't allowed assistants. That's why this one was great, since they made the stipulation ob assistants.
I thought the first brother had a huge nose...then I saw the third brother :-x
