  • what is the name 2nd song? Awesome work BTW. Me and my buddy are on phase 3 and i have convinced him to go a 2nd round. In the beginning we always wanted to quit because we felt it was too hard, but we pushed through, it continues to be hard, but we are supporting each other through the whole thing.

  • @eldreamo76: My diet is as close to the P90X diet as I could follow. The only supplements I currently take are Shakeology and Protein. I have my Shakeology in the morning after a lean breakfast and then I have a protein shake mid afternoon and then right after workouts! Important to have the Shakeology to fuel me through the day and then intake a hefty serving of protein post workout to promote recovery.

  • @eldreamo76 dude I had the same problem with an okay build so I decided to add weight to a backpack for pull ups. My shoulders, back, and arms grew like crazy after only 50 days of P90X (10lbs muscle)

  • @20hobbsie Yea, best advice for adding size is lower the reps and add extra weight - I used a 50LB weighted vest. Lowered my reps down to 8-10 rather than 25-30 without a vest. That will promote muscle growth over toning down!

  • dayum man! Ive got p90x, had it for awhile actually, but havent ever been able to motivate myself enough to get past the first week and a half lol. But this is motivation for sure!
