Yeah, more or less. When Touré was celebrating his goal he did some gestures that could be taken as offensive and thus Athletic fans started booing him, that's when Bojan and Eto'o tried to calm things down. Some players like Eto'o himself wore the ikurrina (the Basque flag) as a conciliation gesture after the match had ended.
