Man, don't leave us in suspense, What was the problem? Were the Plastic cogs on the inside of the wheel half eaten? I replaced my tranny too, & now MY wheels are locked up! Thanks for posting!
@Zapppo No, the pinion gears were fine. I played with the drive cable adjustment a little more, and it performs better, but not exactly as it should. Now once I engage the drive and start pushing the mower, the wheels will eventually start turning like they should (w/o freezing), until I take it out of gear. I can usually mow my yard w/o stopping so it's not a big problem, but a little annoying. Anyway, good luck with your issue.
good video, the belt looks like it's still god because the pulley still turns when the wheels hesitate. did u remove the wheels to see what condition the gears inside the hub are in?
