i have a ts9 and a vintage proco rat. How does this thing compare to the keeley ts9? Looking for something that will take a marshall on light crunchy setting to a thicker distortion and I don't think the ts9 sounds good with the les paul for some reason, only with my strats

@brianendersmusic In my opinion, the Kalamazoo blows the TS9 away...even with the Keeley mod on the TS9. The Kalamazoo has a huge array of tones.  It's just an amazing pedal.

This might seem like a dumb question, but is this pedal just supposed to make everything sound like it's being played w/ an old (Kalamazoo) Les Paul?

... maybe through a Gibson amp??

@yobhsiFehT - No, that would be an awful lot to ask out of one pedal. It's not magic. Lovepedal is based in Michigan, so that's what the name is about. The pedal itself isn't supposed to imitate anything in particular. It's just a natural sounding, responsive OD pedal. Thanks!
