  • well this is innovative :D

  • Wow! Etch free PCB making! Now I really want to make a CNC machine. Wonderful idea!

  • Excellent use one AA to drive LED! What diagram circuit?

  • @vroom350 Just do a google image search for 'joule thief'. There is a nice schematic there.

I guess you are the vroom of the PICAXE forum?

  • @Minifig666 PICAXE forum? what is it or youtube? I am not a familiar. I am most use PIC16F84/88 programming. Lol.

  • Jealously that more faster than mine!!!!!!!! Amazing!

  • What kind of V-bit is that?

  • WHERE CAN YOU BUY THIS ROUTING MACHINE????????!!!!!!!

  • dude thats awsome did you make it or did you buy it and if so whre

  • Impressive machine. Very fast!

  • kurwa tyle roboty tylko po to żeby mu sie diodka świeciła xD sie na pająka robi takie małe układy...

  • This just got added to my Christmas list. I think Tim's right about the joule thief thing. It's versatile, yet very compact.

  • nice all over

  • The moment I look at the circuit, Within a second,I realized it was Joule theif, without reading anyone's comment. Yes timtanguay, you are correct. I agree with you.

  • it looks like a "joule thief" the toroid acts like a cheap transformer, allowing a single 3v cell to power a powerful 5v LED

  • @timtanguay so if i wanted a lithium coincell to power a 12vdc cooling fan and a series of lights, i should get toroid transformer??? thx

  • good work

  • very nice!

what isolation routing s/w did you use to get the g-code?

  • just an idea, maby attach an air hose to the arm, and aim it at the routing bit. perhaps to save bits too, you can drill underneath some water or oil as a coolant, put it in a holding container maby.

  • thx =)

  • What kind of engraving bit have you used ? I have a similar machine but I need an apropiate engraving bit.

  • um, what's the purpose of the toroid in the circuit?

  • actually I'm curious about what the circuit does altogether.
