It seems rebound has little to do with your speed as demo. on the hat .Can you give me a good excersize to improve this tec.

@2011jaba45 with the hats your right, they provide plenty of rebound. At that point all were talking about is control. work on keeping the stick in the web of your fingers and pushing back up on the stick with your ring and pinky finger. Stick comes down, fingers go up!
