I was in an abusive relationship for 9 months where I was beat and raped. I have been gaining weight ever since and this week I finally told my mom. Not only did I feel like I had 100 pounds off my shoulders, I feel like I can finally make the change to lose the weight. She is my inspiration.

This video is a HUGE inspiration to me. I am having a light bulb moment because our stories are almost identical. I see from example that I too have the power to change and I don't have to be a victim anymore. Deb looks great in red BTW.
