Have you watched Xavi and Xabi Alonso? Wake up. Pirlo is as over-rated as the rest of the Italian players. Xabi Alonso is the master of long shots and passing is way better than Pirlo. Xavi is just the midfield maestro and has been the most under-rated midfielder for the past 8 years until 2009 when he helped Barca win the sex-tuple. I am a Madrid fan and I will tell you no one is better than Xavi Hernandez. Pirlo is just over-rated. I have seen many games where he plays like average players.

probably the greatest playmaker in this era along with Zidane. Pirlo is so underrated. He might not get many assists compared to a winger but he's the one who makes the plays, a winger just crosses it. Whoever says hes bad based on his stats is stupid.
