It's a stall = no movement, it doesn't need slowmo.

@TheHippie23 The stall is the trick, it's just stopping the pen on your upturned palm as if you're offering the pen to someone. I'm sure you probably know this after two years, but just for anybody who randomly stumbles across this video as well.
