This was NOT a peaceful protest. They were harassing not only the police, but people in the streets. Provoking the situation. People were afraid to go outside their offices because there was no predicting what could happen. If they HAD been protesting peacefully, I would have been shocked and ashamed of the police. Instead, I understood exactly how scared they were that the angry mob would start rioting and injure people just going about their business.

They burglarized street businesses, terrifying the employees and customers, committed arson, and blocked intersections that disrupted public transportation. The vandalism and disruption of downtown Seattle cost the city an extra $3 million. They acted like guests who trash a house and leave it to the host to clean up.

They exploit 3rd world countries by making them sign over their ability to handle their own resources in exchange for a loan of money.
