This probably sounds awful to most of you but of well. I never actually liked people, not specific people, but the actual idea of.. Well.. People! People are nothing but murderers, greedy, and selfish. I mean, honestly, we kill animals just because they taste good! We don't need to eat animals to survive! I know someone who hasn't eaten any meat or dairy product for 5 years, and she's much healthier than most people. So why kill animals? I have always loved animals. That's why I'm determined to

If you want to be carnivore, go right on ahead. If you want to stay an omnivore, go ahead. It's a choice.
@LadyXenoAcid for wolves, bears and tigers plants are nt enough. Plus they act as thein instinct tells them to. We have a choice so why killing an animal that is defenseless to us? I mean, watch some programs bout slaughterhouses, how healthy horsees get killed for meat, chicks, pigs, etc... Just because they cant defend themselves does not mean that we can make them suffer... We should protect them not kill them.

You see this with humans, we are harming ourselves with our overpopulation. So in order to protect them from themselves, we need to kill them. Besides, deer and any other wild animal is healthier than the domesticated meat we eat. It's leaner. Less fat. And around here, if there were no hunters, the deer would starve to death.

We have no one to blame but ourselves. Utopia has two problems: the points shown in the clip are in this world, but this is as far as we can get to Utopia, since not everybody will want the same. For example: A little 4-year old girl will want a pink world with all unicorns and rainbows, but a sadist will want it all filled with medieval torturing devices. These two don't go together. But let's state this is possible, and that we would get universal Utopia. It will last for only a couple of hours, because people will want it better.
@thypy26 Well I think the song/video itself is aware of that, to me this it's more about maintaining hope for humanity in the long run as opposed to creating a "utopia" for everyone to live in, hence the guardian angel saving the innocent child at the end.

It is actually said a guardian angel or "pure angel" is dressed all in black, and wears a black hat, and will only make himself or herself seen to those who really need him/her and have a pure heart. Others may catch glimpses, but that's it.
And there are people like that woman at the end who really aren't keeping an eye on their kids when in places like that especially. Silly people.

I know this is a song about mankind, but I need to let it out here. I've been dead inside for nearly 18 months now due to all the things that have happened due to a life-changing event which has let me see many things, but has created unrest in my mind and soul. Hearing this song convinces me that maybe there are people with truly good intentions out there. They're just extremely hard to find.

1- Science is the only thing that can save lifes.
2- Diseases are created by god, directly or indirectly:
Directly: Normal diseases, that exist since always
Indirectly: Created by science, but science only uses what's available in the world, eaven chemicals are available in nature, so god created earth and all in it.

I first saw this video on The Unforgivind DVD. Later I decided to buy this song from iTunes, as well as Towards the End. I have the full album now, and it is easily the most beautiful live album I have ever heard.

I have to say, that WT doesn't stop to surprise me, awesome video, felt so real, like I was a part of that world, like I'd live there, so sad and jet in the end there happens to be something good too...
I agree that this is one of so few songs that actualy have a meaning, and jet only few manages to realize that, say all you want, but all modern music is worthless compared to songs like this. Great job Within Temptation, it's an honor beeing your fan.
