This movie is fucking brilliant and I highly recommend it. It's a dark comedy, of course. The show is funny because it actualy plays like a reality show. Dude has testiculiar cancer and the 'reality show' actualy displays a diagram of male genitalia in an attmept to educate the public, fucking hialrious! Oh, and the main character is a gun packing pregnant momma with attitude.  Brilliant!
