They need to be stretched, smash them vertically up and down under something that will hold them in that position, and leave them for a few days, and that should help

One100 is a pro pad, meant for high-level hockey. One60 and One80 are entry-level and mid-level pads respectively and will not offer the same quality and construction as a One100.
