So, that lady is Tiamat, Dragon Lord of the Balaur. The guy in black cloak is Israphel (which is supposed to be dead) and it's also Lephar ( not confirmed ). So, Asmodians and Elyos were fooled by them. Should this means an union Elyos + Asmodians against Balaurs ? :O

@arinya1122 No...its DEFINITELY Tiamat, listen to what Mastarius calls the dragon @1:41. Also, really think about it, who else is powerful enough to wipe out so many Daevas AND a transformed Governor with ease? Also, I noticed the human form Tiamat was having a chat with NONE OTHER than Lephar himself!

So we finally see Lord Tiamat. Had no idea she had a humanoid form. Just crazy how powerful Tiamat is, to take out an entire Asmodian alliance with Mastarius under his Governor Transformation! :(
