  • And all of those stories were told on Curtis's own show, Dark Shadows, he even used a few of the same actors. Interesting!

  • @MissLizaMay and, to keep down production costs, just about all music used was recycled - several times...the closings for J&H, Frankenstein and Dorian Gray were all the same.....

  • ya know I'm betting the expression to be "Jacked Up" is derived from Jack Palance

  • ive tried to find the Jekyl and Hyde for years.it was one of the best movies ive ever seen and its not being shown any where!

Can any one help me with this search?

  • @cavs102000 I would suggest that you try searching on AMAZON.Com for a copy of Dr, Jekyll & Mr. Hyde starring Jack Palance. I saw this tv movie when it first aired and thought it was done brilliantly. Jack Palance gave an awesome performance....

  • @cavs102000 i don't know if i've answered this before, but MPI Home Video has released a DVD box set that includes Jack Palance's J&H, and Palance's turn as Dracula (I think i've had this set for about seven-eight years.....

  • This Jekyl l& Hyde Movie is the best of all Jekyll & Hyde Movies Jack Palance was Fucking great in this movie he kicked the shit outta all and everything as Hyde and its also a Movie you can watch today

  • @Bigdadaman Next to the March version, I'd say it's the best one. Certainly knocks the socks off the Tracey and Caine versions, not to mention all the lesser ones with Lee, Rennie etc.

  • @Bigdadaman The one 'The Strange Case of Dr.jekyll & Mr. Hyde" with Jack Palance was a live TV stage production. I saw it when it aired the first time. Jack goes fro Jekyll to Hyde with no makeup, camera never leaves his face ,he simply contorts his face from the staid Dr, to the maniacal Hyde by contorting his facial features, Was a brillant production and performance. I was just a teenager but was blown away by his preformance

  • I've seen all but Frankenstein of these. I have to say Curtis knew how to make 'em. Jekyll & Hyde is my favourite, closely followed by Dracula.

  • Jekyll & Hyde was brilliant. One of Jack's best performances, so intense.
