They're so easy to wash by hand then hang to dry.

According to the video, air drying will not restore the DWR because you need the heat from a dryer to restore it.

So i have hang dried my Gore tex jacket, is that bad...how should i dry it if i got no drying machine?

WOW, I am really glad you put this one up. I knew about not using fabric softener but as you mentioned at the beginning, I have been either hand washing or using the gentle cycle on the washing machine and air drying by hanging on a line. I was afraid to put the jacket or wind shirt in the dryer. Now I know that it is actually beneficial to machine dry them. Thanks Jason!
