  • Here is me on my P2K 54cm. It has a shorter top tube that a 56cm and I still move the seat fwd a bit to get my shoulder angle tighter. I am 5'10" with a short torso.

  • your elbow ideally should be directly below your shoulder, to sustain this position for a long period of time. Maybe bring your seat forward for a steeper angle and a shorter stem as murray suggests. I know as i hac the same problem on my first TT bike a P2K. I had hunt for a shorter stem and bring the seat forward. After being pro fitted it was awesome. good luck pal

  • Shorter stem first. Then try riding more forward on nose of saddle. Then play with seat height back comfort.

  • Looks like you could sustain this position for maybe five minutes, and even if you could keep it up for the duration of the bike portion your hips would be toast by the run. Try a shorter stem and moving the seat up a bit. Hips rocking usually indicates saddle too high, but could be from reaching with upper body so far.

  • there is alot of side to side rocking in the hips which is not good. How is your hamstring flexibility? ARms are too far out in front, see the distance between your knees and elbows, bring it back.Try rollout tests coasting down a long hill for time. good luck.
