Yeah I live about an hour away from Batesville which is near to where this guy lives apparently. I'm not gay but bigots like this guy are disgusting. No, there is no one solid scientific piece of evidence that shows homosexuality starts at birth but there are MANY studies that suggest it starts at birth. Sometimes the mothers body produces too much of one hormone, birth order, there are SO SO many studies out there. Google is your friend. Look it up.

@bigboyhunter1 It wasn't a gay day, it was a support day for those who are still being bullied and to remember those who took their lives. Approximetly 5-10% of the world is gay, this means at least one in every 20 people you will meet will be LGBT. It's really backwards thinking that with a huge percentage of the population being gay, that there is still so much hate and intolerance. The majority of the world is not agasint gays, only the most backwards places are.

Anyone who supports children killing themselves should not be responsible for them in any capacity..... Regardless of whether or not the child in question is gay. Children torture one another enough without a school official advocating that kind of behavior. Christians should be furious that this man has openly used their religion to spew hatred and ignorance.

They skipped some of the worst of what he wrote - a SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER - wrote"Being a fag doesn't give you the right to ruin the rest of our lives. If you get easily offended by being called a fag then don't tell anyone you are a fag. Keep that shit to yourself. It pisses me off though that we make a special purple fag day for them. Christianity is based on the teachings of Jesus. McCance is obviously not a Christian. Otherwise, he should have pondered "what would Jesus do" and it would not have any semblance of McCance's behavior.
