  • What kind of cutting machine is this?

  • Neato!

  • Bad aim.

  • The drunken cutter

  • Nice

  • Genius, who does not want a pair of soft pincers that kind of waggle about the place.

  • my cutter also dont cut anything xD

  • we need to make more gears out of styrofoam so that we can mount them on to walls and get the thing.. with the..

    ...

THIS IS A BANK ROBBERY! I SAID THIS IS A BANK ROBBERY!! EVERYONE ON THE GROUND NOW!!!! GET THE FUCK ON THE GROUND NOW!!!!

  • @katsumorymoto lol ur my hero

  • I think it may have worked better if the gears were the same size. I feel like the claw bobbed a bit too much for my taste. Nonetheless it is still impressive.

  • what sofware ?

  • why not make the gears the same size so that the motion of the "scissors" is always congruent to the previous?

  • :/ looks like the machine that i keep losing teddy bears on

  • Now sand cast the foam pieces ^_^

  • I love the effect of the gear ratio, could make a fun dancing person machine with a few more gears and limbs. :)

  • he was seriously spinning that for a whole minute. and i was watching him spin it... for a whole minute.

  • Actually if u made them same diameter it would work much better...

  • Thumbs up it the first thing u thought of when u saw it work was Little Big Planet!!

  • Why didn't you make the gear wheels on the same diameter? I think that would have made perfect stretches of arm every time .

  • @similingjester Its to add looks! it gives the claw some what of a characteristic!

  • Put some scisors at the end

  • i want 1

  • just the thing i need to make my rc planes ...

  • Okay GREAT! Enlarge, make out of steel, make a wall full of these, make it spit fire along the way and awesome roaring sounds, and you've got yourself an 'iron man festival' gizmo! I like your thinking; why two wheels of same diameter? :) Nice I like it!

  • awesome!! make a tutorial please!!!!!!!

  • very important question what material you use?

  • Класс

  • Making the two main gears a different size was a good touch.

  • Could you show the tool of your CNC with more detail?

    Best Regards

  • The safety sticker is awesome! :)

  • its a booby grabbing machine !!

  • I like the warning.

  • I have a CNC motor controller 3 axis Toshiba TB6560AHQ and 3 BS57HB56-03 Stepper Motors but when I power up the systems after while my motors “gets hot” without using them (in non operational mode) is that any normal?

Do you know if Mach3 v R1.83 can work with USB to Parallel port converting pluck? Because I have a laptop with no Parallel port so I bought a USB to Parallel port converting plucks any suggestions welcome.

  • do do do do do doodlee do, do do do do do doooo do, do do do do do doodlee do, do do do doooo do...lol

  • @ganoing I LOVE THAT SONG!!!

  • looks like a underwater monster from alex kid miracle world on sega mastersystem 2!!!

  • niezłe :D

  • Ptetty cool.

  • Pretty good!!

  • hahaha sweet

  • those spinnig wheels shouldn't be equal in a diameter ?

  • they are.

  • @NutsandGuts no they're not, for a good reason

  • @MRQ18 If they were, you wouldn't get the claws reaching up, middle & down. They'd just reach the middle. Clever!

  • all great !!

    cheers from spain!

  • really cool stuff. love your foam cutting machine.

  • weird

  • wow....that is sweet!

  • If you reshaped the jaws you could make it look like the head and jaws of a dinosour or something. The semi random movement look it would be feeding then chewing.

    Cool anyway.

  • it looks like a natural movement

  • Thats friggin cool!

  • haha, nice...

  • I want one! That's really cool.

  • You're so inspiring, man!

  • Your clever designs are driving me crazy! I like them very much! I've been cnc'ing with plywood for 3 years now, will definetively have to switch to polistirene for more intriguing things, man!

  • Great stuff.

About the motor driver: Can I use materials left over from my old motherboard?

  • thats very clever i love it

  • man i love your projects

  • Dooood, nice! That was really cool!
