Steeve Reeves probably had the most perfect looking shoulders out of any bodybuilder in history, And all he did for shoulder training was behind the neck barbell press for 3 x 10 reps

Have you heard of the brand Animal? They have a product called Flex. When I started bench I was having problems with my right shoulder and left elbow. Animal Flex has all those pains go away. Maybe do some research into that, or products like it. Could just be a placebo, who knows. Good Luck, injuries suck!

Jeff, in my neck of the woods we call that exercise "soda cans". I've had this exercise "prescribed" to me by a couple different pt's as a rotator cuff exercise - not deltoid. But as I think about it - I'm not clear on which rotator muscle it's "supposed" to activate. Which rotator muscle is it supposed to hit and how would I hit it more safely than in the pinkie-up exercise you are suggesting we stay away from? Note that I understand the value of the band/DB raise you've shown for delts. Thanks

I had a distal clavicle re-section about ten 15 yrs ago, for the last two yrs my shoulder has been getting worse I still work out but of course I can't even go heavy. No flat bar that's out so it's just DB's 70's max. What do you think about the shoulder horn? Have you tried it is there any validity to it?

i can understand why, but your almost teaching too safe in this video. rotator cuff injuries will keep you outta the gym, BUT training the font delts too much will cause an in balance in your routine.

@moddingpc if you get ripcords and a chin up bar, then you can workout on about every single muscle in your body.. but you won't get far with just doing pushups, ab exercises.. you need to add resistance on everything to go farther
@moddingpc well...debatable. unless you have an organic farm in your backyard, and a pasture full of free range animals, you might need to buy some good food. hahaha just kidding I agree that equipment isn't necessary, to get in shape but sometimes it is better for getting you to certain goals quicker or an easier and more beneficial option.
@nilliterto do more reps one your left bicep then right.If you are doing 10 reps of Alternate Hammer Curl on your right arm then do 13 on left arm thats it :)
@nilliterto Always start an exercise with your weaker arm first and use it as base for reps. One day both will be equal. Is a good idea to start with some alternate curls as first biceps exercise to pre-exaust your left arm before doing barbel curls.
