is the leash attached one end to the gentle leader, the other to the collar? cos I am trying to figure out how to have the gentle leader with a back up collar as well
I just put this on my 50lbs lab.. She is a terrible dog for the first 30 minutes of every walk we've ever gone on, pulling and not listening...
I put the gentle lead on her, and literally within 2 minutes of our walk (first time use) she was walking beside me and looking at me for direction... Highly recommend thus to anyone with a problem walker.. And I've only used it once

thanks i have a lab praticle where i have to put a gentle leader on a dog...this helped me refresh my memory! oh and nice dog..looks very well trained!
This works wonders especially on "60kg canine storms" I use this all the time with very difficult dogs. Perhaps enlist the help of an experienced trainer to help get you started.
Very helpful video. Other videos show how to fit the collar but not how to actually walk dog. Also thanks for pointing out about the tantrums; I thought it was just my dog acting up.

Dogs hate this. I would never put this on my dog. I love the Gentle Leader leash, but this product is just cruel!

Like usual...it is always the same...using that tool with a wax-like dog is really easy.Try to use with a 60 kg canine storm, then we talk....
