A really helpful video here. There are some very poiniant tips to help with property management. If you're a novice and thinking about getting into rentals this has to be a godsend. I'm somewhat amazed this isn't part of some pay for information system. I would love to see more information like this, possibly how to get capital to start getting into properties or even how to look for the right areas. I think this is a great public service. Thanks for taking the time to make it.

Please post more of these videos. I'm really excited about getting more information about this. I learned so much about property management. Mr. Newell really made property management easy for dummies and makes really great suggestions on how to market your property for rent. I never thought about people not wanting to rent because of the neighborhood. He even talks about points in scheduling and showing which I think is a challenge every property manager faces. Great job and thanks!
