Thats brilliant! I hold the honour of leading Mondo Kayo and the Mardi Gras parade on their first official Mardi Gras in 1997 (just in front of Zulu who were also having their first year) down the whole route! And lost toes nails in the process!!! The Krewe was a bit smaller in those days and we only had one bicycle powered float but the Golden Bananas were a hit especially with the Lord Mayor!

Wow what a fantastic Mondo Kayo Mardi Gras 2009 was. I think it was my best Gras in....48 years!!! Can't wait till next year! Thanks y'all !!!
