I'm a student in Florida and the homework load has gotten to about five or so hours and the school system basis about 50%+ of overall grades on homework, which are nothing but repetition. I don't agree with making a law on it but it makes no sense for the majority of people to do that much homework in most subjects.

My contention is still that mankinds role cannot be written off. Yes, we know there are natural events causing warming but just how much. Do cities add warming? Does changing the lanscape affect warming? These are man made conditions. There's large increases in levels of methane and NOX. What is there effect? I realize the data is still far from complete but we are getting there. We just cannot rule out the role of mankind. Not yet by a long shot.

Is he a spin doctor?Co2 is an essential compound,it is a natural/man made toxic pollutant and its toxicity is supported by its ability to restrict respiratory functions, we need it but at the same time inhaling air with an overpowering density of the compound can cause respiratory failure. Without a stimulus to the economy the rate of enterprise failure would be huge,the multiplier effect of this in the long term pose greater risk than a short term deficit which will in fact boost exports.

my sister was a teacher in the inner city in dallas, and now teaches in durango, mexico. she says that there are kids who have to work right after school, all week, so she has to limit the amount of homework she has to assign. im sure that the schools in florida had similar situations.

Making a law about it I do disagree with.
I'm a student in Florida and the homework load has gotten to about five or so hours and the school system basis about 50%+ of overall grades on homework, which are nothing but repetition. I don't agree with making a law on it but it makes no sense for the majority of people to do that much homework in most subjects.

The data does not exclude natural causes but rather, includes them as playing a role in the model, however, once again, the activities of mankind on climate change is irrefutable.
If HTWW wants to maintain his opposition to the mountains of peer reviewed evidence, then he must provide sound evidence to the contrary so that we may investigate.

You want evidence that mankind is not responsible for global warming? Look at the bibliography of Michael Crichton's "State of Fear". It's about 20 pages. Peer reviewed papers, studies, etc. Much of the studies were from NASA. CO2 does not cause warming. CO2 follows warming. Saying CO2 emissions are the cause of global warming is like saying babies cause sexual intercourse. The Antarctic icecap was melting for 5000 years but now is thickening. But it must be SUV's causing past warming.

I have read this study too.
My contention is still that mankinds role cannot be written off. Yes, we know there are natural events causing warming but just how much. Do cities add warming? Does changing the lanscape affect warming? These are man made conditions. There's large increases in levels of methane and NOX. What is there effect? I realize the data is still far from complete but we are getting there. We just cannot rule out the role of mankind. Not yet by a long shot.

another bit of evidence that co2 has little effect on the climate, -> the Carboniferous era. yea, wasn't there LOTS of carbon (about 10X as much as there is today * i think* ) and all that happened was that plants grew ... ALOT, right? soo, i would guess that measuring the amount of carbon in the atmosphere is probably not the most brilliant way to predict climate change.... or is the problem people don't think there is enough plants? what is the rebuttal, anyone know?

i'm well aware that global warming is a natural occurrence but the vast majority of scientists, the people who study and research climate change are compelled to believe that the greenhouse gasses caused by our burning fuels. not that we should believe anything anyone says without looking into it ourselves, but giving the level of threat being predicted, and at least accepting the scientific community as an accredited source, it's not wise to brush it off carelessly as htww seems to have done.

The vast majority of the scientific community says it is anthropogenic, when was the last time you checked a scientific publication. I don't remember the last week when there was no climate change related study in Nature anyway. They keep warning people, people keep calling them alarmists. They said the poles were gonna melt, 10 years ago people were like "so when are poles going to melt?" now that the poles ARE melting, people are like "so what?".

Plants do need CO2 to live and produce oxygen. But plants are living things too. CO2 is toxic for us... if it wasnt, the you could live in a sealed up place. Cuz as soon as you consume all the air and only CO2 plus the other by products would asphyxiate you. And food is good for us, but too much food can't be ingested in one time. CO2 absorbs heat, thats why a lot of it is bad. The rate in which plants work to eliminate oxygen can't compete in how much we produce CO2. Especially when plants die

1) We've had over five Ice Ages, meaning that drastic temperature changes have already occurred without man;
2) CO2 lags behind temperature;
3) After 1950 when CO2 went up temperature went down;
4) Temperature has been dropping since 1998;
5) The Ice at the poles has been increasing;
6) Polar Bear Populations have been rising.

6) That follows a perfectly logical prediction by science. Higher temperatures provide a higher degree of plankton, which means more food for everyone. The polar bear eat the ones who eat plankton. But polar bears depend on ice. So a temporary increase in food increases the polar bear population. But without ice, and the ice is declining, you'll see less polar bears in the time to come.

That is well scheduled transformation of the old "Rothschild" and jewish FED money/bancing system to an even more powerful control of nations and national economics ever. Now ALL taxpayers, not only the USA taxpayer, will be encorperated totaly. Nobody will escape.We are the way to slavery, to low cost jobs, povertry and lost of freedom.
