Each state differs.Washington state has subregionals,regionals than state.Than conference and nationals.

I love this video...thank you..I have twin boys and they both wrestle and do other sports..I didn't like their first year wrestling but now when one of them took 1st Liberty National and both ranked 1 and 2nd regional,district and even State (MO)I love the game..I believe it is all about TECHNIQUES and POWER..To see a poly-female doing it , this is awesome..keep up the good work and GO GET EM' GIRL...
