Trav ur screwed. As part of the app process, legally you do have to have a prior to still activated racing license.

@ummmkewler well in a weird way yes. see if you race locally in your neighborhood, that would be your first license, but if you plan on competing in a big nascar sport, basically you have to already have some type of racing license, whether it be racing midget cars or racing your local race track class. like here in the south. Because that way they can do that kind of background check to see how good of a driver you are.
