There's a chick one of y'all was holding in a tight blue dress. Fine as hell. Some beautiful women there. Anyway, I went to tryst in '07 and that club was the shit. I most def. plan on going there again. Like I said it's going to be me and my 2 bros. I'm a little worried because I keep hearing how hard it is to get in if it's only a group of guys. Any idea on how I go about getting a host before we get there?

@whoaitsarto haha, we switch off, but it's usually one of two of my buddies, they like doing the camera work. For a while, everyone was moving the camera too fast, but we've all learned to try to be steady, so if you watch each video, the shakiness starts to taper down over time... But it's a pocket video cam, a Flip Mino.. so we're not luggin a big cam around, haha.. This particular video was pretty shaky at times, but still gave a pretty good taste of the experience..

@whoseanb , there is a bit a of everything there, but quite honestly from my experiences, it's been primarily Asian, Persian and Caucasian. But trust me when I tell you that this place is the last place where you'll ever feel awkward. The club is so large and open with the outdoor space, people are just much more optimistic at XS because of the beautiful ambiance. I think you'll rob yourself of a great experience if you let something like that stop you from going! Try it once, you'll love it!

@StylinOut Thanks for the response man! my little half brothers are twins and their asain/black. I'm 100% black so that's why I was asking lol. We DO plan on coming to this club. What time is the best time and what day? I will be in vegas from thurs. till monday. Are their any clubs that have a good mixed crowd of more blacks? I just want to mix it up some while I'm there. I'm thinking about getting that "super pagage" deal at cheapvegas clubs. where you pay 60 to get in 9 clubs. any info on tha

@whoseanb the main club that had most of the black crowd was Poetry @ Caesars, but I don't think it's open anymore. A lot of the clubs out there do have have a mixed crowd, but because most of the clubs play house music, it might not be liked by everyone. I'm not too familiar with Cheapvegas or the 60 dollar package. Keep your options open, but make sure you don't get ripped off by a deal that sounds too good to be true. If you need a number for a host, PM me, and you can ask him for more tips.

@whoseanb Tao, Tryst, Pure, Haze, and Moon.. all come to mind.. Very busy venues, but I still feel like they're miles behind XS, I heard there's this new club called Surrender at Encore, attached to their Encore Beach Club, it's a similar layout to XS from what I heard, it has a better pool area, but a smaller indoor space, which doesn't sound bad to me.. Outdoor clubs is where it's at!! And thanks man!! A clean fit never goes unnoticed, so you're a smart man to plan to look sharp! Have fun!!

The cover is normally $30 per guy and $20 per girl, but the prices can vary based on holiday events and such. I've usually paid a little more because we went through a host.. But he walks you straight up to the front, there's no wait or hassle.. If you're going with a group of fellas, you may really want to consider a host, because Vegas is not so accommodating to the fellas when it comes to clubs.. But good luck and have fun, man!!

Glad you're into the culture, =) But yeah, XS was the best club in Vegas, and the lines are long and it can be hard to get into, but you just have to get there early or go through a host and it shouldn't be a problem.. And if you're in a group of hot girls, shouldn't be hard at all.. But I can guarantee you'll love it there!!

How much were drinks there? someone told me drinks at Lavo in the palazzo where $25 minimum.

$10 for beer, $12 for shots, $15-$25 for mixed drinks, $20 for a glass of champagne.. That about covers it.. They have some specialty drinks that are pretty expensive.. But I've never ordered any of them....

My recommendation is to pregame before you hit the club, and keep your pockets full.. XS is worth every minute and every penny.. You won't regret it.. None of the other venues in LV even hold a flame to XS.. Guarantee it.. Have fun, my friend..

Hey man, looks like you had 2 fun nights. Last time I was in Vegas was '07 and Encore wasn't up yet, so I'm a little behind. I'm staying there for 3 nights in August; do you know or remember if there was a separate line for Encore hotel guests? It's 4 guys, so I'm just trying to determine how hard it'll be to get in.
