@hardstyle905 you can tell what substance is an enzyme because it will have an "ase" suffix. It's an enzyme that digests fats and to lose it, you need to secrete them otherwise, fats wont be utilized. This is how the atkins diet works. It exploits the fact that we cant store dietary fat as fatty tissue. Only carbs can be stored into fat cells/(adispose tissue)

new thinking for you only do exercise till the result that you see is the one you are happy with and if you feel fit and strong then great ,, i find to gain strength i went into indoor rock climbing because it is more about your own power to weight ratio and you also get mental stimulation from thinking out the routes as you climb .. you look awesome by the way :)
@ericdoublet this summer i could easily get 55# dumbbells for 10 and 65# dumbbells for 4. now im down to 55# db for 6-8. dont do barbell bench much but can get 135# for 4 without spot, could probably do more with a spot, it is very mental.
i was hoping to flex your abs but the stupid youtubers ruined it,your abs are sharp enough in my opinion,and it would be nice if they'll get a bit sharper but your shape is perfect enough !!! hope u will flex the abs next time :)

@calibraa i am fluffy :) usually do db presses have done 65# for 4 but only have been getting 55# for 8 the last few workouts.
