If you haven't gotten a sleeve tattoo done, I suggest you put a LOT of thought into it (with short and long term) before you do. If you already have and don't like it... well that sucks man.

Don't ever look at price tags! Getting a cheap tattoo has the risk of you getting an expensive infection including that of AIDS so please be careful when picking which shop to go to. Yes, the good ones usually are kinda expensive but seeing as a tattoo lasts for the rest of your life I'd say you'll get a decent deal at the very least regardless of how much it costs. :P Just check out portfolio's and stuff, that usually says a lot about an artist.
