Maybe if the school had enforced the district mandated dress code requirement, this little boy might still be alive. My son goes to Sunkist Elementary, right down the street. I would never allow him to go to school with heeled shoes and makeup. That's just stupid. A fifteen year old is a legal minor. He has no right to sexual self expression at school.
