But not a quality ones, lokals can made "AK lookalike" from a rail using simple tools, but not a decent AK (they don't give a .. about choosing the right steel, hardening it and making anti-corossion finishing).
I've even seen a pistol (Paki "SigSauer" or something) made out of BRASS, it will handle few shots and then explode right in the shooters face, actualy this can hapen during the very first shot.
