My biggest complaint on this figure is his face doesn't really look like obi wan from the movies, I mean the one from 1999 looked more like him. And also his padawan braid us way too thick it looks like a last minute idea. But over all love your reviews and love the boring conversation anyways podcast. Thanks Steve =)

Just got the TVC one of these, not a bad little robe he comes with to be honest. I was disappointed with the lack of lightsaber hilt though.

Another great review as usual Steve :) The head-scuplt is pretty lack luster and it's a shame about his missing paint apps on his sabre.

Still, it's probably one of the best padawan Obi's we are going to get for some time.

man awesome review!! this is a repack from the legacy collection 2009 , right? . i have the legacy one -with the crobe-. do you buy the vintage obi-wan ? or qui-gon? guess what i have the commander bly - he's awesome ! do you have any vintage-1977 to 1983- figs ?? but you sended some of these guys to steve(laughitupfuzzball70) ;) I really like obi , but i dont like hook - its only for kids to play not my thing -

Top review as always Steve, although Hasbro didn't quite get the necks right on either figure. Very disappointed with this line of figures, very old figures repacked time and again, gutted with the ariel clone trooper. Still, the new R2 looks decent enough!

hi. i was wondering if you could help me when i bought the vintage maul sideous qui gon and obi wan on the back of the packaging toys r us had stucken a sticker on the back of the packaging it is removable but i don't want to damage the cards so will it affect the price point of the figures in the future because the sticker is on there or will it not matter.

Yeah, just rip 'em off! If you're a carded collector, I guess it wouldn't hurt to leave one or two stickers on, but I just rip mine off. They obstruct all the visuals.

@SithLord229 So outdated is right! I'm not too keen on the clip on robes/capes either. I'm not sure if they have appeared in another line of figures but they do look rather silly. The Qui-Gon & Obi-Wan figures look decent though.

nice video! i just picked up the yoda movie heroes figure but it wasnt until i got it out of the packaging that i realised it was more of a kids toy than a collectable. nevertheless it still looks good on my shelf :)

Yeah, most of the first wave of Movie Heroes, aside from Obi-Wan & Qui-Gon are really gimmicky, firing missile, slashing action type figures. So outdated.
