Anything maple with that would be delicious, just like getting some syrup on your bacon is. I think it would be interesting to see the differences in bloody Mary cocktails using vodkas with bacon, pepper, horseradish etc. The bacon vodka might also be good with that new Tabasco Soco.
I heard of something like a cheeseburger shot where bacon infused bourbon was used with some tomato juice and pickle juice. I wonder if this bacon vodka could be used instead. I would have to try that sometime.

Heres a new drink I just came up with not sure if its been done, but its called the golden mudslide. Its got Goldshlager, Baileys, and Kahlua. I recently made it tonight and it was really nice, It gave a nice cinnamon chocolaty creamy flavor to it I love it. I'd love it if you wouldnt mind trying it and saying what you think? I basically used a shot of each. It adds a nicer favor then what you would get if you used vodka. If you try it and like or dont like. Love to here your thoughts on it. :)

We have Smoked Salmon vodka @ the bar I work at...(living jn Alaska, go figure) Only thing I can think of is to make bloody marys or caesars.
