rule of thumb is max 100 shot on stock internals...some run 150+, but with that big a shot you are asking for engine problems...not to mention the 10 bolt rear end could(and most likey would) snap if you hit it at a dig. i personally would play it really safe and do a 75 shot...get some bigger injectors, supporting boltons and beef up the drivetrain and then you can go bigger.

"Z" has always designated chevy's sport models, just like the Corvette Z06. Chevy is to "Z" as Nissan is to GT-R. I believe the "Z" is part of the VIN but don't quote me on it. In the case of the Camaro Iroc-Z it stands for Chevrolets driver in the International Race Of Champions(IROC), his name being Phil KunZ. hence you get IROC-Z.:)

no. Its from the code. The SS rpo code was z27 the next code up when they made the camaro to qualify in the Trans am series was RPO z28.

I highly doubt that he has anything more then he listed, 400-450 hp is easy on a LS1 with a reprogrammed ECU cam and bolt ons like he has listed and then 600 with a 200 shot? sounds right to me
