@mike62mcmanus I have seen a video where photo analysis guys say that those photos are fake and they go through them with a fine tooth comb. So i was surprised to hear her say she took those pictures of him with the gun. Maybe she just thinks she remembers having taken them. Who knows. But these photo experts i was t6alkin about claimed the shadows didnt line up and the facial structure was different..all kinds of stuff.

At 1:01:50 the guy in the suit identifies himself as Secret Service, then the witness claims the FBI said they didn't have any FBI agents in that area. I wonder if Jack Anderson was aware the FBI and the Secret Service are two separate entities? I am reminded of the retraction Anderson made after he libeled Eagleston in 1972. I assume the killer would most definitely put six in it. @ 1:05:02 the detectives are waving around a loaded weapon. Did they know this?

People running onto the knoll were climbing up to the fence, where a police officer was standing on some sort of elevation trying to see anyone over the top. They were chasing the gunman.

The only conspiracy I see here is the one to rip off the viewers when this was originally broadcast by using a 1-900 # for their poll. Using that to gouge viewers undermines any credibility this program may have had.
If Oswald was trying to achieve greatness, why try to run? Why deny what he had done? @Autshot20 That's a good point, many think his plan was to defect to Cuba in an escape and Castro would give him hero status and an important job there. His Mexico trip shortly before the assassination corroborates that theory to some extent but Oswalds motive and plan will forever be the most difficult thing to "prove". I would say Madeleine Brown is corroborated by attorney Barr McClellan. McClellan, of the same family as General George McClellan of the Civil War, was in Ed Clark's law firm and heard from firm attorneys what they claimed really happened and why. It gave me no joy to hear that LBJ orchestrated this, which is supported by E. Howard Hunt (believing he was near death) and Madeleine Brown. b. If so, was it unloaded prior to handling?
c. Did they take latent prints from the bolt assembly prior to checking for a 'clear' chamber?

Fact; Three spent casings were found on the floor. This means that after the so-called 'fatal' head shot, or the third shot, the shooter (LHO?), would have had to have cycled the bolt in order to eject the last casing. The rifle shown @ 1:05:02 has the bolt closed. This would have also reloaded another round into the chamber. This weapon has a six round clip. I assume the killer would most definitely put six in it. @ 1:05:02 the detectives are waving around a loaded weapon. Did they know this?

People running onto the knoll were climbing up to the fence, where a police officer was standing on some sort of elevation trying to see anyone over the top. They were chasing the gunman.

He was told he was mistaken about where he thought the shots came from. It appears the shots had stopped by the time people started running up the knoll. All you have to do is examine Oswald's firing range record. He couldn't
hit the ground with his hat. He was the absolute WORST marksman
in his group. To get off 3 shots in 6 seconds with a bolt-action rifle

At the time this documentary was made, I firmly believed there was a conspiracy & that Oswald either didn't do it or had help. However, in the last decade, I have studied it in quite a bit of detail. I started doing that, believing in conspiracy and watching for information supporting that. All I could find was evidence that Oswald wanted to be a political assassin and fate delivered Pres. Kennedy into his lap, by having him ride in an open car, right past Oswald's workplace.

These people are just repeating what they’ve been told by others who, in most cases, have never cracked the report either. Sure there are some minor errors here and there but, after 48 years, nothing has been introduced that contradicts is main conclusions. And any argument that the commission was involved in some grand cover-up, is just plain silly.

@abennett4 Saying minor errors is a understatement. Read 'Rush to Judgment' by Mark Lane, written very shortly after the Warren Report came out. Contradictions, omissions, outright fabrications, completely irrelevant information included, etc, etc. Kevin Ryan coined a term that is perfect for this type of document, a TINRAT, meaning They'll Never Read All This. The Warren Report is a perfect example of this. It is so large and full of irrelevant information, so that no one will ever read.

The testimony he had cited as evidence that the Warren Report was a cover-up had often been quoted out of context, so that what he quoted changed the meaning of what had actually been said.”

@abennett4 Sure. Each group says the other is lying. In the end you have to look at the evidence and choose for yourself. As a person who grew up in Wyoming around guns and rifles, anyone who takes the single bullet theory seriously I believe is naive or a liar. You've seen CE399 I'm sure? Google it if not. The WC actually cling to the claim that this bullet caused SEVEN wounds in two men and came out that pristine? The mathematical chances of this are astronomical, no doubt, to say the least.

@choosetolivefree All the available evidence clearly shows that both men were hit by the same bullet. The most recent computer recreations (see ABC"s Beyond Conspiracy) show both men reacting at the same time. The reverse trajectory goes right back to the Oswald's snipers nest. The ballistics proved that the bullet and bullet fragments were fired by Oswald's rifle to the exclusion of all other rifles. If they were shot by separate bulletss, another bullet would have been found. And the autopsy!

@choosetolivefree About the autopsy. The results were entirely consistant with a single bullet fact. The clothing likewise is entirely consistant. The bullet was not pristine. It was perfectly consistant (it was flattened if you look at it from the end) with a tumbling bullet hitting nothing but soft tissue until slowing dramatically before solidly hitting bone. What mathamatical study are you refering to that assigned a probabliity factor to to the theory? Or are you making that up?

The murder was set up to deliberately confuse and confound anyone who tried to solve it. All the fake Oswalds running around, the CIA, the MOB, the Texas oil millionaires, Nixon, etc. The book Plausible Deniability explains this. The only thing we know for sure at this point is that Oswald did not kill Kennedy, and there was a conspiracy involved.

I was wondering how a documentary like this got on tv until he explained his reasons why the government covered it up at the end. LBJ did not cover this up to prevent war, if you state that LBJ knowingly attempted to cover up the facts then he also is part of the conspiracy which led to the deaths of all of the witnesses, you also have links between CIA and mafia. The information about Jackie Kennedy was reported on the Internet about 10 days ago. I believe that Jackie Kennedt got it from Bobby because Bobby commissioned a very private investigation on the side to find out the truth because he sensed the truth immediately.
