I only played Fight Night Round 2 on the Xbox 1. Thinking about getting this one but people says it's bad so I don't know. Is it the same fighting controls as in Round 2? For example, you make an right uppercut by first pressing the right stick diagonally down right and then press it down to get power and then press it right up again on the right side to punch? I hope you understand how I meant, can't really explain so well in English.

@spaceweirdoes818 Uhm they look A LOT like the actual boxers. Oscar Dela Hoya looks spot on. Jones looks spot on. Ali looks spot on, Pac-Man looks spot on, Ricky Hatton looks spot on and so on. Only a couple fighters don't look very good. Like the young James Toney and Hopkins... well Hopkins looks good, but he doesn't look as good in the game as he should have.

@spaceweirdoes818 Ya some people prefer FNR3's graphics over R4, and vice versa. I played FNR3 for the first time in ages today and it didn't look as good as I remember. Even on my HDTV. I think the graphics are better in FNR4, but the color is too bright. They should take the graphics/character models and arenas from R4 and use more of a color palette like FNR3 has. Those would be almost perfect visuals.

@contracts47 I think you can adjust the shininess and color of the character models in options. I do think that R4's graphics look a little plastic, but I know that R4's graphics are still better. Most of the time when people say that R4's graphics are cartoon like and that R3's graphics are better they are referring to what you just said, but having brighter colors means it has better graphics not worse graphics.

@MegaSports4 if u ever go online with fight night you will get de la hoya and all them but they are locked.... u have to buy a playstation network card and go where it says fight night store on the main menu. there you can buy the champions pack 1 and 2 witch includes de la hoya , hopkins, toney (middleweight), both klitschkos, current goerge foreman, holyfield, and sonny liston.
