Hi, you can't use US DOLLAR here, you have to convert it into €uro >> At the airport (Madrid-Barajas) you can do it but I would recommend you to do the  change before you come here. You will save more money ;) I'm not from Madrid but I'm from Asturias (Northern Spain)....same country.
