  • i love see the tubes glowing in the dark! :-D

  • love to pull a f1 engine apart to see how whats in them

  • @tunastrike11 Eight cylinders of pure rage. Crazy isn't it?

  • @mxr73 v10

  • @coryv4 Thanks coryv4....my mistake.

  • DAMN F1 YOU SCARY!!!

  • F1 dyno runs rule !!!!!!! rt 11/10

  • sounds like a big dentist drill

  • One of the best sounds you will ever hear.

  • do f1 engines burn at a hotter temperature or something?

  • @mystiqueman366 Cramming 800HP worth of fuel into a 3L bag is bound to get something hot.

  • quindi se è un asiatech e un arrows giusto ? l' hanno 2001 /2002

  • put that motor in a SMART car

  • @34D2234 2 bad it wouldn't fit, engine is about the same size lol

  • Better than porn!

  • @Skater85382 ...true but....i would like to see how much power it acually made??? its like porn with girl wearing all her clothes!!! not cool

  • @Skater85382 I understand your point, but(t) if that was ENTIRELY true lads would have an F1 engine (OR sound recordings) under their beds...instead of all those girlie mags, what?

  • Sound Cool !!!!

  • oohh..............i just got a chubby

  • Some people want big screen TV's, home theater or pool tables in their homes for entertainment...I want an F1 dyno. :D

  • Why? lol

  • Haha...I was kidding, but I love the sound of an F1 engine!

  • fuckin pipes! $20,000 each and are handmade out of inconel... Now I see why they are so expensive!

  • The whole reason you are seeing the flames out of the exhaust isnt because there is something wrong with the motor. It's because they are pumping soo much fuel into the motor that some of it passes through the motor unburned, but when it reaches the exhaust pipes it gets ignited from their heat. Besides, they wouldnt test an F1 motor on fuel thats of lesser quality than what they run during a race. What usable data would they get from a motor running on shitty fuel?

  • for me too

  • surly its the overlap of the cam shafts to ensure a totally clean combustion chamber....

  • Sounded perfect to me

  • The engine wasn't misfiring. They were running it through a simulation of a track, and the spark was cut on gearshifts. It's also normal for engines to backfire on the overrun when the throttle closes.

  • would be good if they could give you a internal view of the exhaust port to see the exhaust valve!

  • Not for much, but at 17,000 RPM +, I don't think you'd see much of anything.

  • It's better to be a little richer than leaner right ? You try to make an engine that doesn't misfire a little @18,000 rpm's

  • If there was a problem like that they would have stopped the test, and if anyhting the fueling is more consistant for testing purposes.

  • was there an over fueling or valve problem on the right bank, as you look at the video different flame patterns?

  • chances are the fuel is not as refined as the race going fuel is, hence why it is not buring correctly

  • Maybe they were setting the computer. Or they have an odd firing order.

  • Grrr... Goosebumps... !!!

  • great mood lighting (:

  • Mood lighting, lol... It does add a nice touch doesn't it?

  • Amazing!

    0.42-0.45 fav part :-D

  • Good post, like all the other F1 engines, I really enjoy watching this shit. I read in a Toyota F1 magazine it takes something like 70 man hours to make one exhaust and theyre good for one race (apparently a thing skilled persons can do better than machines).

  • i sauced everywhere

  • mmmmmmmmmmm blue flame. . . X-)

  • sweet vid! fucking amazing sound!! now then how do we fit headlights to an f1 car and have them night racing?lol

  • Nice music!!!

  • i could listen to this all day

  • Mommy, can I have one?

  • cheers for that comment mate i had a bad day and that made me laugh...cheers bud

  • haha no problem

    cheers!

  • que es musica? lo que te hace bibrar, sentir, lo que te emociona... entonces esto es de las mejores sinfonias del mundo. deberian sacar un cd cada año con el sonido de los motores en cada una de las fechas que se corra, seria un exito

  • Look at the size of the fuel line running to the front of the engine. We use lines that size on helocopters.

  • Cool vid.

  • That is raw power! if only everyone had one in their back yard or even better, in a car!

  • So still... yet so powerful!

  • wooow

  • wow that is amazing stuff ma, looks scary like its gonna blow up :-|

  • I don't think that is a simulation run @ Monza !! Still way kool older ASIATECH DYNO pull!!!!We need more of this stuff !!!

  • Maybe you already know this... but some other people might not. They run simulations on the dyno of each circuit. It simulates (as close as possible) what the engine would be doing as the driver lapped the circuit. Very cool.

  • You are correct in that they do run simulations of each track on the dyno, however I think that for durability testing they usually run the Monza simulation as it has the greatest duration of time spent accelerating (and therefore at high revs in 7th gear), and it the most stressful circuit for the engine.

  • I could watch it all day, its fkn mad.

  • omg that is sweet. Did you know that an f1 car idals hotter than when it is moving because it does not have fans? That is why they use the fans before the race and dont want to long of a wait at the start.

  • nice vid

  • best sound ever
