What I like to do is, open notepad and make a list of things I need to do for the next day. Start with the most important to the least. The next day try to finish the whole list within a certain time frame. If not then I fire myself for that day because I didn't finish the job. Then the next day I rehire myself and start with what I left off. I seem to get a lot done this way. I hate getting fired :-)

Notebooks! When I start a new project or start creating a new program I open up a brand new notebook where I can brainstorm, take notes, create, plan and produce. Then I only use that notebook for that and only that. My email is filed into "notebooks" or category's too! yay for notebooks! LOL :)
