@Calbenmike What happens is Chris has been poisoned by the giant snake and as Rebecca, you have to get the serum from the medical room then return to cure him. If you take too long to do so, Chris will have died from the poison by the time you get back.

@LuisCaicedo After fighting with snake for the very first time, Chris collapses (if snake poisons you) immediately after the fight, then you must play as Rebecca to get the serum (or he brings you to the serum room, depending on how do you answer to Rebecca when you meet her on the first time in the serum room). If you spend too much time seraching for the serum (15 mins or more) then Chris will die when you come back for him :)
