they used a synth configuration called T.O.N.T.O. which Stevie Wonder and the Isley's used on their 3+3 and Live it Up album I believe the programmers were Cecil and Margoleff (sorry about misspelling) Great sounds and songs.

This group was very much underrated, they were real tight with their haunting approuch and the base line and the tight harmonies. I was into them when I was a part of the Nation of islam, a very long time ago
