@OmsoiTekken Of course, that's what simulators are for, just crank up the wind speed and you can land anything anywhere, no matter how short the runway. So crank it up even more, and you should be able to land backwards. That's what I wanted to see, based on the title of this video, and was disappointed to see nothing of the sort.

The "backwards" part in the title meant that he landed on the wrong side of the runway normally you can only approach via te runway facing the beach

He's not a prick. Nothing at all wrong with not always landing on both mains at the same time. The plane is still flying, thus the full weight of the aircraft is not yet on the wheels. Also, in a crosswind landing, proper technique is to touchdown on the upwind main first, and then settle onto the downwind main.

@johnairlines8 Yes it was, no planes ever land at St. Barts like that, they land from the other direction (making it one of the most dangerous airports in the world, you have to get a landing license from the St. Barts in order to land there.

This is an amazing simulation! I have 100 hours in a Cherokee "D" and this is accurate right down to the sound of the O-360 during taxi and the oil filler door on the top of the cowling.
