Hi, first of all i want to say this video is great and you are even more. Im nearly 16 years old and i train taekwondo (9years), muay thai (2years) and i joined gym 3months ago. I am 184cm tall and i weigh 71kg. My routine looks like this: mon- thai,
tue-taekwondo, wed- gym, thursday-taekwondo, friday, gym in the day and taekwondo at night. Saturday and sunday- gym. Do You think i could achieve a body weight of 95-100kg at around 10% bodyfat someday in my life with this training? Thank You

Dude, not going to lie...but after watching this vid I know know what it's like to feel pure unadulterated envy. That was amazing. I don't know where to begin. No more skipping taekwondo lessons or groaning about going to the gym for me...ever again.
Real nice to see a bodybuilder with such martial arts skills.....this is really unique i think,he trained his musles to be flexible too,not just big and aesthetic as the common bodybuilders!!!
Drazurik i agree with you that those guys need the speed so they focus on getting ripped and somewhat less on bigger muscle. I just said what i said because many people think that bigger muscle makes u slower. And dont worry i ve already asked a karate instructor
Man you know nothing. Why will you ask me.There my response. These man are not to muscle and he train himself for get ripped not for be the muscle man on earth. You know what just listen Blood And Bone a movie with Mickeal Jai White listen the special feature he explain all for the ripped body but not get to much muscle because he want the speed to.
Splendid perfomance from both sides and for those who think big muscles make u slower are wrong. Bigger muscles are more powerful. It just depends on how u train and affects only your developping pace u just develop your strength faster than your speed. If u do some muscle extensions u gonna get alot faster even if u r a big buffed guy.
Lulatsch24, thats defenitely not whole true... for example look at Mike Tyson, okay he's a boxer not a martial artist but he is very very muscled and still extremely fast. Jean Claude van Damme, same thing! It mostly just depends on your willpower to train and become great
so u think fat makes you move faster then muscles? that makes no sense lol i hate when people say that because it holds no merit look at this guy he has muscles and he is faster then you so u telling me a man who weighs 260 pounds the more fat he has the faster? lol
that's dedication your now my role model funny enough i wanted to do judo and also bodybuilding at the same time,i can only say thank you very much for showing me it's possible.
Damn, much respect to this guy.

big muscles and martial arts don't work together. because of the much mass you are too slow
Lulatsch24 2 years ago
The guy in this video might disagree with you. Looks extremely fast with his kicking and flexible too along with a massive build.
