I think she means at the beginning when you rocked a little on your feet, but to be honest the singing completely compensated for that it was INCREDIBLE! How old ere you when you did this?
she's really good, but on the last big belty "away" (before the riffs etc) she was definitely having some pitch issues. Regardless, though, it's a bitch of a song to do.
if that website says it's not available, then it isn't. scott is the one who wrote the music. so who would know, better than him? the only reason this girl is singing it is because the pianist has a really good ear for music. she probably even had to get permission to perform this song.
I saw this performance when I was a freshman! It was my first Thespians, and I was utterly wowed by this girl.
Out of curiosity, (and really because my memory is so awful) didn't she also win Duet Musical that year? 'cause, if I'm right, she was also amazing in that one...I hope I'm right...
You should see the interview after this performance, hilarious!

The song was very good but paceing back and forth and side to side like that just shows your nervous as hell.

LOVE this song, but its suppose to be a quartet, but is often done as a solo, DEFINATELy works as a solo for you
jaso937 5 years ago
When this performance happened, this song hadn't been turned into a quartet. It was a solo first.

Yes, she also won Musical Duet. What high school do you go to?
ceegee2 5 years ago
So, I was right! Her's and her friend's 'Suddenly, Seymour' blew me away.
I compete with Wayhome school, but I actually go to a school called Westminster. Thankfully, we're allowed to mix troops at thespians.
Sadly, I won't be there this year. =(
Phentleman 5 years ago
It's my sister on the video singing, but she reads the comments and says thank you for the compliments.
I was going to put Suddenly Seymour up too, but you couldn't really hear the guy.
