Can you really persue competitive bodybuilding while doing powerlifting? Doesn't powerlifting, while making you stronger and more muscular, also create inbalance in the physique that bodybuilders need to have? Won't it throw off your symmetry and correct proportions? Doesn't it rid you of the "V" taper waistline that you'll desperately need to compete? Am I wrong?

@BeatBay no worries, there are people out that assume I take black market supplements. Nutrition, over the counter supplements like multi vit, whey...etc and training are my tools, nothing more. No hormones, steroids, GH or any other black market drugs. I am about 194 here. I have compete in many drug tested bodybuilding and power lifting events

its a power shrug, if you do them higher up on the rack (mid-thigh) and more explosively you can use more weight, and they really kill your traps to get supersized. and your calves get worked from the extension
Tuan I have a question which has been bugging me for a long time, it is in regards to pre workout supplements, do you use them? Because my problem is i think they power through my calories when trying to increase size being pretty counterproductive

If it's heavy enough to get something out of the rack pulls you can't shrug it.
And if it's heavy enough you don't need to shrug it, you'll get those traps to grow anyway.

I take this supplement Twin-lab, Super hard gainer Pro fuel. Its 2000 calories with milk, 3 scoops. 110 protein and Creatine.
When I'm 18, I'm getting a job, to have him as an hitechtrainer. =| Right now parents won't me.
