  • What does Accsive spell?

Acronym for spastic it looks like..

  • I didn't see boots/batons/fists/bullets or anything else being thrown at this guy. What would pass as acceptable force for you? "I say old chap, if one wouldn't mind remaining here if it isn't too dreadfully inconvenient." You should add lessons in reality to the ones you need for spelling.

  • There is no evidence of accsive force in this video, looks like a policeman in half blues having to get involved in something he would rather not. If he was shouting at the clerk its public disorder. Police get free rail travel, however this comes with the fact if anything kicks off the police are duty bound to step in, which this policeman has done. He seems to be reasonable, not angry talking and trying to restrain this bellend. Everyone stop hating what you dont understand, grow up :)

  • Well done police. This slime infecting our country need to be treated like the thugs they are.

  • probably didnt use enough force if anything.

  • davidlews492. What you on about?

  • davidlewis. What was it you were trying to get across, explain yourself a little better.

  • fuk u spa init coz dem pigz r haytin on da blak man 4 know rezon we is d furct heumenz ytee iz a fukin xtratreztriel so jogon bak 2 marz u reptilians biatch

  • @davidlewis492 Pardon me kind sir, care to retype that in english?

    Much obliged, the Queen.

  • Cop did nothing wrong, the guy being arrested was clearly the aggressor, he was clearly told to calm down & failed to do so. The onlookers were clearly scum.

  • the guy who posted this video is just a twat isnt he?

  • @pocamoca1 yes he is.... also probably a disrespectful twat who has no respect for authority.... Police do have the right to restrain idiots that try to be aggressive or assault someone else, why treat Police as if they're bad people? Police are here to help us from the rats that roam our country stealing looting assaulting others coz they cant get their own way being an anti-social nut case, like chavs.also stopping pedos perverts druggies and other rats! well done piggies! cops are the best

  • @KeepEuropeWhite

Commit crime in black mans country and you will get punished by taking your land go fucking yourself keepeuropewhite you fucking ape.

  • Also shows how much this videotaper knows about the law. Assault doesn't involve touching anyone - which clearly is what happened here.

  • Sorry, but I saw nothing in this video that showed excessive force. This douche bag was resisting arrest. It's not easy to get a resistive suspect handcuffed, especially when adrenaline gets flowing, which is why it took a few police officers to get him to comply. If this piece of shit had respect for authority, and the common sense to listen when you're given order by a law enforcement officer, this would have never happened.

  • @nick42701 resisting arrest?? REALLY!? How'd you like to have your face shoved into the floor for no reason? I'd resist too, they have no right to do this to a person when they have done nothing to deserve it and then to later charge them with resisting is just pathetic

  • @eyeofmankind

There WAS a reason he's having his head shoved into the floor, because he was resisting arrest. This wouldn't have happened if he would have complied. I used to be a military police officer, and this is standard procedure. The reason they are shoving his head to the floor, is son he doesn't get up. If you control someones head, you control their body. All he had to do was listen, it's a simple as that.

  • Where's the excessive force dumb ass! Learn how to spell you moron

  • Where is this excessive force in this video?

  • Didnt see any excessive force there at all. Heard the guy on the deck being abusive and being told to calm down though, does that count?

  • Just to clarify... Assault is the real threat of physical pain. If someone said to me, i'll hit you, that is classed as assault under british common law.

Btw, it's 'Accessive', not Accsive. You stupid person.

  • @alibarnes94 Not even, mate. It's 'excessive'; accessive isn't even a word. Assault isn't limited solely to physical threat, where it can escalate into battery. There's a fine line between non-physical assault, and circumstantial episodes which might be classified as affray, rather than assault. So an assault does not neccessarily have to present physical force.

  • Yeah, not complying and resisting doesn't mean he was assulted, or a victim of police brutality. It means he's stupid for saying Fuck you over and over again and not allowing himself to be cuffed.

  • I don't hate police. I treat each policeman/woman the same as any other person. If they are cool to me i'm cool back. If they are unpleasant to me i won't feel like being cool to them.

  • Just gonna say, shouting at someone is assualt, so know your law before you start slagging off hard-working officers. Thanks.

  • I love all Police haters every time someone gets arrested! If he weren't struggling they'd let him stand up, listen to the guy? and some of the people on here who cant even spell? Go back to school you dumb fucks!

  • Oh dear...all the retarded police haters love this rubbish... I laughed at the title and description...clearly from someone who might have done well to have paid attention in school rather than spending his time exercising his light fingers....

I say gas the lot of them....oops...bit radical....lol

  • hahaha....love the description.......if this person knew the law then they would know that shouting at someone is a form of assault!

  • if u stick up for the cops, ur either a cop or u never been in trouble with the law. the minet u get caught, u fuckin hate everything. and its not only the cops. the government has so much bullshit in the fuckin shit. fuck the police fuck pigs fuck cops. I FUCKIN HATE COPS

  • @TorontoTerrorist Oh dear....have you ever thought that perhaps cutting your wrists or taking an overdose might be the solution? You see you hate people who abide by the law and dont commit crime, well actually I just pity cretins like you. You are clearly retarded and leading a worthless life which obviously will never improve. So how about it? Why not just do yourself in and save honest hard working people the hassle of having to keep oxygen thieves like you in benefits or in prison.. lol...

  • @TorontoTerrorist i have been in trouble with the law and I still don't hate the police. I was able and mature enough to realize for myself that I did something wrong. I was also smart enough to not run from them. It shocks me that people are so surprised, that when they run from the police and they get beat up and call it "police brutality", no, the whole thing could have been avoided without breaking the law at all. Or being a crackhead.

  • Stupid video, there is no use of excessive force here and why should we believe the story behind this. Are the police officers that arrive on the scene supposed to be told the story before they arrest this man? I don't think so

  • What I find amazing about these types of videos is that they all start when the guy is usually on the floor and we have to take "your" anti police state description as truth, from my point of view is more likely he shouted insults at the worker, was moved to the ground when he became violent then you began recording in order to set the stage of police brutality, then you ended the video and reverted to "your" truth again to say they tried to take your camera

  • @Phil40364 Most motoring offences are heard at a magistrates court, unless death or injury has occurred. If you've committed a minor theft you may elect to have the trial heard in a magistrates court or crown court. Its what we call an "either way offence." Although its indictable and can be heard in crown court, it doesn't have to be, at the discretion of the defendant. Other things normally heard in a mags court would be, urinating in the street, drunk and disorderly, minor stuff. Stay safe.

  • @Phil40364 You can in the UK arrest for theft or murder as a citizen, they can both by tried on indictment. Basically they can be tried in a Crown court, think wigs and gowns. There are those offences which are more minor in nature where they are only tried at a magistrate's court (no gowns or wigs). For those offences only a constable (police/peace officer) may arrest. Similarly a citizen can not arrest anyone to for fill a warrant. Good luck with what you're doing, one LEO to another.

  • By definition there was no use of excessive force, nor any brutality or any word you can think of to exaggerate the standard day-to-day work of the police. These cops are heroes and I hope that one day you will realise how much of your respect they deserve.

  • I watched this video as it contained a word i have never seen in the title, accsive? definition please?

  • Maybe it is accessive force. Accessive not being a word with which I nor my browser dictionary are acquainted I'm going to assume that it means reasonable and that reasonable force was used.

  • With out the Police you all what to be niggers and kill one other

  • @paddysbrain1989 The more people sue the more the world gets fucked up and the law helps the criminals .

Suing is also a fucked up thing from the Americans , a thief broke in to someone's house through the window and it was broken so he got severe injury to his hands .... And then he sued the house owners for it .

So fuck off with suing and 'The more people sue, the more the law will become strengthened.' bullshit.

  • Why do you refer to them as Pigs? Look, if ever you required assistance from the police, I am pretty damn sure you would welcome that assistance! This is NOT excessive force!! These officers are acting upon Information Received; said arrested individual may be in possession of weapons and/or be well known to police for the most violent of crimes! In the name of intellect, please start thinking both LATERALLY and OUTSIDE THE BOX!

  • Still.... those would be some yummy little pig bitches to be assaulted by ...

  • yeah its always the officers fault, so what happened to the events that lead up to this incident? hmmmm its always the civilians that are innocent aint it?

  • I watch Utube for police brutality and this is not it. The guy was restrained in a lawfull manor.

  • assault is an act that causes another to apprehend an immediate harmful contact. Where battery is the actual contact. If the person was shouting at the clerk, and the clerk felt that the person was going to attack, then the person shouting has commited assault which justifies an arrest in most situations. I don't see anything wrong with this. Looks like another sheep crying black imo

  • spelling fail FTW

  • ...ever notice how stupid racists people are? "witch" instead of which - Morons in their views and in their spelling. hahaha

  • should have gassed the twat

  • Ha ha guilty, next!

  • Who ever posted this video is clearly a complete idiot, look at the description of the video. Tell me how long have you been on benefits for? And also how much is your Burberry shell suit now?

  • Anyone know how to make a copper cum?

    dial 999...?

    lol

  • It's nice to see such a well balanced description of an incident. Such words as 'the pig with no uniform', 'when the other pigs then came' and 'they all jumped on the black guy like a bunch of hyenas' are very good.

By the way just to help you out it's EXCESSIVE not 'accsive', WHICH not 'witch' and TAPPED not 'taped'.

I don't wish to be condescending towards you, by the way that means talking down to you, but so you know that is irony and sarcasm, not that I would expect you to understand !

  • @dcv1894 you sir need to stop bullying people with a less fortunate understanding of the english language, shame on you !

  • @legaliseme I think you will find it's free speech, oh and by the way as you also seem to be one of the 'people with a less fortunate understanding of the english language' I'll help you out by telling you that you should have spelt english (sic) with a capital E

  • @dcv1894 Ha ha, so you admit you are a youtube bully ? you have nothing better to do that comment on peoples inability to spell, when many of those people wont speak english as their first language? I dont really care about spelling provided i say what i want in an understandable manner, especially capitalising place names or i's. Grow up you pathetic little man

  • @dcv1894 oh god, go jump of a cliff you fcking mong, you like to talk down to people over the internet about their lack of education? i'd rather have their life experience than life a sad, pathetic life as the person i have no doubt you are.

    kill all pigs :)

  • @moulinyan You know if you kill the entire pig stock your supply of tasty, tasty bacon will dry up very rapidly, never to return.

  • @dvc1984.

    Kill all pigs ... ?

    You are an idiot.

You are the worst kind of idiot.

You are the type of idiot who thinks they are the smartest, most intelligent and enlightened human walking and talking.

You are a "been nowhere, done nothing" idiot.

  • @dcv1894 This was his experience and he told it from his point of view. If you thought that a balanced description would be easier to digest then ask nicely and i'm sure fanbelt2big would tell you of his/her experience. More hate and attempting to belittle people by insulting their interpretation of an event is not necessary.

  • @dcv1894 Ha just read your comment top insulting of a person

  • @dcv1894 Well said, I am interested in why people call the police pigs? Do they actually know the real reason!?

  • this dumbass can't even spell excessive. proves that people that hate the police lack intelligence, grammar and life experience.

  • @kambelzful You hit the nail on the proverbial head kambelzful! You put it beautifully! I truly wonder what planet or parallel universe the contributer of this vid is on! Is our education system so bad now that some of our citizens are utterly devoid of free, independent and rational thought? Ironically, should something go amiss in this contributer's 'day', then I am pretty damn certain that he/she/ would call the police! Appreciate your comment. Best wishes. Ebs.

  • Me & my m8 had a youth gang invade my mates flat to try & steal our nice mountain bikes which were legal BTW. I chased them out with a crow bar and had a butterfly knife pulled on me & attempted stabbing against me. When the officers arrived 45 mins later, i said: ''what if i'd knocked the guy out who tried to stab me?''....he replied ''we would arrest you''!! Tell you what, anyone pulls a knife or weapon on me i'm not relying on the police to help me i'm saving my ass first !!

  • @kambelzful It proves that SOME people who hate police lack intelligence, grammar and life experience. I hate the police and I am well educated.

  • @SoulShepherd84 There's no reason to hate ALL POLICE. The corrupted departments could use some help and the bad apples should go to jail or in a mental hospital, but not ALL police are like that. I think some people have a very selective idea on how police actual handle crime.

  • @kambelzful ye u r so right man spelling a word wrong tells a lot about a persons life experience... u can already assume who the person is innit ? 12 other sheep think the same too...

  • @Dyais Yes, it does. It also shows that they lack intelligence when they try to run from a distance of 3 feet away from an officer. And that they also lack intelligence when they are surprised that they got beat up by the police, because they were resisting. Don't break the law and you won't have to talk to them most likely.

  • @kambelzful ... they usually have something to hide as well. Idiots who think they can ring up 'Custody Lawyers 4 U' and screw the police for money or something........ you are SCUM

  • @9oody9umdrops no excessive force in this video. sorry.

  • @kambelzful Nope. I spell very well. I was in AP English and Honors and I am highly articulate and well thoughtful, even more so then you. I can also critically think, something I find is lacking amongst fervent police supporters.

  • @kambelzful whatever dog, stop barking and wear your leash. Police enforce unnecessary laws and take away our born rights, we must fight as citizens to protect the few freedoms we have left.

  • @eyeofmankind cops are people to. it's not like they aren't humans, they have the same rights we have, but they have certain abilities because their job is dangerous. If you don't act violent towards them, they most likely won't be violent to you. Just don't break the law. Here are some easy tips: smoke weed at home, drink at home, don't jaywalk and don't assault or kill someone. And if you get arrested for one of those things, don't run or resist arrest. It will make life a lot easier for you.

  • @kambelzful proves that you generalise someone you have not met, seen, or understood. you are just as bad if not worse okay?

  • What you see is a professional at work. I assume that the man on top is a police officer. He is using as little force as possible. That's as clear as daylight.

Good Work to the officers on film.

  • Comment removed

  • i cant believe the retarded description on this vid. i also cant believe the retarded comments i'm seeing here.

alot of people are asking what the law is and what offence is committed, from what i can gather its S.5 (possible S.4a) Public Order Act.

''jumped on like a pack of hyenas''... its called controlled skills you fucktard, the police have to make the arrest without causing injury if possible, if that means using multiple officers to safely restrain one person, then so beit.

  • THERES NO LAW FOR SHOUTING,IT WASNT EVEN A CIVIL MATTER,MAY BE NEXT TIME THE POLICE ARE AT A FOOTBALL MATCH THEY MAY WANT TO ARREST EVERY ONE,OR EVEN THEY MAY WANT TO RAID THE HOUSES OF COMMONS,BECAUSE THEY SHOUTED AT THE OPPOSIT PARTIE MEMBERS,OR RAID A SCHOOL FOR KIDS SHOUTING IN THE PLAY GROUND,OR MAY BE RAID MY HOUSE FOR TYPEING TOO LOUDLY

  • @countrywideboy.

I'm sure you do like monkeys in a cage but your mum likes them in her bed. I'm always in there. The whole fucking world is in there. It is a surprise that there are such stupid twats like you on the web. Find something better to do you racist honky shit.

Is mummy ready for her cocking now. You seriously aren't worth the time you pathetic little boy.

  • "Police Accsive force!! " The real tragedy here is that you never learned to spell.

  • " just shouting at the station's clerk "

Oh fine, well as he's only yelling at someone just trying to do his job, how dare the police intervene!

Civilized peope don't shout at anyone in public. People who do shout at people need to be treated accordingly. Very simple.

  • That wasn't excessive! It was a professional means of controlling an aggressive person.

  • Showing excessively violent behaviour warrants a restrain that calms the victim.

It's not excessive in anyway, shape or form, in fact this is entirely safe within the law.

Also, LEARN HOW TO SPELL EXCESSIVE.

  • How dare u insult Policemen and women who spent their time making sure assholes like ur self are safe. And what about killers, robbers, people who break the law and harass others. I take it that does not anger you? When the police get it right, their not thanked enough, when they get it wrong everyone is against them.

Pig? no not really. These men are real men who take a stand for others.

    Not like ur self!!!!

  • My life! Some people are so clueless! Bet you people that moan about police will be the first people to pick up the phone and call 999 when some nutter decides to attack you or someone decides to rob to. But when they actually get on and try to do their job you stick your oar in like you all of a sudden are some sort of hero! There is nothing excessive about this video, all the guy had to do was as he was told-simple-he clearly wasn't going to play ball. Be a reminder to him to pay next time!

  • leave the cops do there jobs and if he still isnt behaviing give him a thump on the head!

follow the rules and nothing will happen to you!!

  • Fuck Greeks. Retards couldn't even cope during a recession for monkeys we black people are much better than you. In our countries and here in England we would fucking kick the greasy shit out you European fuckers. I may be a monkey but your mother likes it when I stock my banana up her fucking ass

  • @TheJonny165

I like monkeys as long as their in a cage...uh uh uh.. want a banana nig nog

  • keep the monkey theif in a cage . here in greece cops would beat the shit from the nigger . blak mans always troble anywhere on earth . lock him up for ever and give him bannana

  • @xrisiavgi1 FUCK ME YOU SOUND REALLY REALLY THICK. LOL

  • Does accsive mean excessive? I missed the force part.

I guess it just goes to show people bitch about the police no matter where they live.

  • at least half of the youtube videos that say police brutally ant.

  • They really enjoy the power, it gives them a buzz.

  • PIGS!!!

  • thats british police 6 taking dowen one lol

  • @jituhanif

If you have children, you know how difficult it is to restrain them WITHOUT hurting them. Now imagine single handedly restraining a fully grown adult male with attitude. It can be done, but only by getting into a fight where both sides get hurt. Possibly seriously. That's not very professional. The professional way is to use a team to control the person. Excessive force is not judged by numbers involved, but by actions. Nothing wrong here.

  • Just seems like one of those situations that gets totally out of hand. Sure he might not have done anything to warrent it. But once someone is holding you down, your gona stuggle to get free - at which point the dude holding you down has a reason - your trying to get free. So he must keep you down... etc. Its just a circle.

  • One thing I have to say how embarrassing and no shame.

  • I can only assume that the guy posted the wrong footage as his description bears no resemblance to what I have just seen. Concentrate a little more on education and you might avoid the mistake in future. You might also avoid all the spelling and grammatical mistakes you have made. On the other hand, if you are actually a 5 year old, I apologise.

  • Excessive force???

Did they punch him ? no

    Did they kick him? no

Did they use a baton for no reason? no

Did they sit on him to use their combined weight to hold him down so he couldn't injure the police of himself? yes.

The only thing that's excessive in the stupidity of the tree hugers whining like morons in the backround.

  • "brop brap bribbity fuck da pigs man" "oh shite, me house got robbed ........ hello, is dat da police?"

  • Makes me laugh when people say all police are pigs and racists. Do these people realise that whilst screaming racist pigs they are making a huge sweeping judgement and discriminate generalisation of a group of people? forgive me if i am wrong but thats discrimination it itself?! Besides none of these people have stop to think about all the black and asian police officers. I take it they hate white people then?!

  • Fake... police didn't tap you on shoulder and man deserved what he got. He was lucky he wasn't tasered

  • He doesn't deserve this? What is this world coming to? A grown man shouting at a clerk was once considered action unbecoming a MAN.

  • The people who call the police pigs tend to be the chavs etc.... who get no where in life. I don't care about excessive force as long as the person was braking the law.

  • smells like London.....mmmm mmm monkeyyyssss.

  • sigh, its the same people who moan of "excessive" force who will also moan that the police aren't doing their job to fight crime etc. The guy resists he gets piled on. You play with matches you get burned. People are quick to turn on the Police for trying to make the place better. Here the question is why the guy feels it was OK to shout abuse and make someone feel threatened and not if the police used the correct force etc. Let the Police get on with the job and let them sort people like that.

  • stand there and accept this treatment and more cruelty will fallow.

you pay the police, give them constant reminders of that fact

  • @kaker69 What cruelty? You don't know what happened in this video, you only have your uneducated opinion. How would you deal with violent offenders in your fantasy world? IDIOT!

  • Oh yeah because shouting abuse at a man for no reason is perfectly acceptable isn't it? The maker of this vid is a retard.

  • That black man is a pussy some nobody holding him down and people all looking how embarrassing.

  • He was acting like a cunt and got owned. Nothing to see here, just another turd flushed down the legal system.

  • this bloke is a TURD,he's being WIPED."GET IT ON VIDEO?",get WHAT on video???.The people who posted this are TURDS themselves..on this mans level.

  • this isnt excesive, fuking learn about this stuff befor u comment, the man is refusing to go i handcuffs and is strugling, the police have no idea what he is capable of, he could have a knife, gun ... for there own saftey they need to use this force to get him under control.

  • .....I heard refernce to jumping the barrier...however thats not really the point....actually, this video has no point...as there was nothing excessive at any point! I can reccomend the oxford dictionary if you want to check for the meaning of words before putting them in sentences. :)

  • in all fairness to the police they secured the bloke on the say-so of the dumb jock security guard... we don't know why they were holding the guy so they may well be justified....

  • @NIKFANTASTIC Looks like he's made a citezen's arrest at this point officers have to detain him (not necessarily arrest) so they can find out what he's actually done. Then they can make a decision about arrest.

  • @F1X0R121 what the fuck's that got to do with my comment?

  • @NIKFANTASTIC You seemed confused about the rational of the police immediately detaining the gentleman. I was just trying to offer up a likely explanation based on what I know about arrest procedure. I can see now I've wasted my time, I'm talking to a numpty who feels the need to swear all the time, not to mention your fantastic spelling skills.

  • Personally, I would have kicked the shit out of this low life scumbag.

  • TEA TIME.....ANYONE?? lol

  • Racist pig thugs, Fuck them.

  • @fremlinskent How are they racist? Because they're white and he's black?

  • @grobo11

The pig are institutionally racist. That is still the case today.

  • @fremlinskent Proof? And I'd like you to call them pigs next time you're mugged and they're helping you out.

  • @grobo11

I wouldn't call the pigs if I was robbed. Fuck them.

  • @fremlinskent That's pretty silly.

  • @grobo11

It would be a waste of my time. The pigs are useless.

  • @fremlinskent true, worthless pricks

  • can't see any brutality here, only half a story

  • To establish the extent of the BBCs racist anti-white bias we invite you to do the BBC Bias Test:

1.Go to the BBC websites home page.

2.Input the name Kriss Donald into the search facility towards the top of the page.

3.Count the number of references to Kriss Donald returned.

4.Repeat steps 2 and 3, this time inputting the name Stephen Lawrence.

5.Then ask yourself why does the BBC consider one murder so much more newsworthy than the other?

  • Bravo ! That's what the Police should be. They restrain a struggling without hurting him. What are you retards expecting? Should the police fight him like Bruce Lee. I don't think so. An off duty copper would'not have arrested the geezer unless it has really been a serious matter. No excessive force. Every police force in the world should take this as a great example.... ! ! ! !

  • @noisyrodent The issue is why was he being held down. If you feel hard done by - with your ass on the floor for no apparent reason. Anyone would try to free themself. At that point, it validates the oppressors reasons for keeping you there, your trying to get free. Look at it from both prespectives. I bet that guy was taken into custody, questioned and let go with a warning for public unrest. Over all it was a none incident. Wasting taxes? Stuff like this happens all the time and its a joke.

  • @noisyrodent i agree with you, its understnadable as you don't see what he did first hand.

  • @noisyrodent uour a fucking idiot

  • @popwar321 . Am I ? I don't think so. Wanna jump into the discussion? Please do so in a polite manner

  • @noisyrodent fair comment. it is blatantly obvious that 1 man causing no problems and that has ALREADY been restrained by a man.... why do another 4 coppers then need to jump on top? he may not have even done anything. we would both be saying different things if there was a start to this video...

  • @popwar321 what I see is the restrained man did something wrong (obviously the video didn't show that). There were two men held him down and one who held his hands was obviously an off duty copper and the other one was an underground staff. When the uniformed coppers arrived the off duty man asked them to hand cuff him, the man resisted.

  • @popwar321 what I see is the restrained man did something wrong (obviously the video didn't show that). • @popwar321 Off duty cop (he may be a citizen - remember every citizen is allowed to make an arrest if there is an offence committed) and other uniformed cops are restraining him with their knees on the floor. They didn't jump on his body or hurt him (no punch, kick, baton or gas). Obviously the man must have done something wrong. Remember, there are CCTVs everywhere in every underground station. So i wouldn't worry about it. :)

  • @noisyrodent well said, and just to correct one little thing, a citizen cant arrest for any offence, it has to be an indictable offence for a citizen to lawfully arrest someone, for example a citizen could not arrest for and offence such asHarassment as it is a summary offence and cannot be tried at crown court. And when it comes to an officer being off duty, they can still arrest as a police officer, doesn't matter that they are off duty.

  • @sdwhyley So nearly, nearly right. Everything you've said is correct so far as A citizen can arrest for any indictable offence, and not a summary offence. The only thing thing which you've got slightly wrong is A citizen can arrest a person for another non indictable offence. A breach of the peace. Its a common law offence for which anyone make make an arrest. You're correct in everything you say with regard to statute law but common law is often neglected.

  • @F1X0R121 Well said. However we haven't seen what the man (suspect or offender) has done prior to the filming of this footage. Whether it was a summary offence, an either way or an indictable one. CPS will have a look and whoever is on the wrong side will have a good stick (Hopefully ! ! !)

  • @noisyrodent I think the guy you see holding him down at first is an off duty police officer. So indictable/summary wouldn't really matter. If its a BoP which it might be, may not even got to CPS. We can but speculate I suppose.

  • @popwar321 Excessive force means kicking the **** out of someone who is compliant to law enforcement personnel. If they are depriving his human rights with no grounds whatsoever all the coppers and underground staff involved will surely have a big portion of a good stick. Plus if they did they won't get away with it. REMEMBER CCTVs . . Ok matie :-)

  • @popwar321 I don't think he is an idiot actually you stupid no GCSE pricks with aspirations are the real idiots why would any normal person yell at someone who is doing their job?

  • @Monkeymoobs1 you must be stupid if you assume i have no GCSE's..... i have 11... and 3 A levels..... i believe your the closed minded "Social" idiot. get a fucking life.

  • @popwar321 my life is fine and I i'd rather be social than anti social like you

  • @Monkeymoobs1 my life is great. and id rather be the open minded person who enjoys his life and lives it to the full rather than a conservative little "bitch" like you :) haha

  • @popwar321 I am open minded to an extent crime doesn't show open mindedness it shows that your an unpleasant person and btw i'm not conservative I fucking hate cameron

  • Shouting is an offence. You can get jailed for 3 months just for shouting at somebody.

  • @9ORGAZMO6 IVE GOT A LOUD VOICE SO EVERY TIME I TALK IM GOING TO GET ARRESTED,PLEASE TELL ME WHAT OFFENCE THIS MAN BROKE

  • Somebody that cannot spell the word 'excessive' is obviously an inbred cunt and has no right to expess their opinion. Nobody gives a shit what you think. Maybe if you didn't have such a pointless resistance to reasonable authority you might have listened in school learnt your ABCs from you primary school teacher. Fucking wanker.

  • Maybe the next time I see someone being assaulted, I should just walk by and do nothing. Then again I have sworn an oath and as much as I should sometimes walk by based on the unbelivable response from members of the public, I uphold the oath sworn and step in, alone and without any personal protection kit and assist. Please folks get facts right first before jumping to conclusions and STOP PLAYING THE RACE CARD. If you break the law, take the punishment no matter race, creed colour or religion.

  • @markylon8 BUT,WHAT IS THE LAW?

  • @markylon8 I couldn't agree more!

  • I can't believe the number of people who have commented here, making their own assumptions as to what had happened. I'm the off duty police officer who is restraining the man for punching the station supervisor in the face for stopping him jumping the barrier. The male being restrained was found guilty at court of assault on me and the station supervisor. As usual, half a story shown and conclusions made, mostly the wrong ones. Don't assume!! A big thank you to all the unhelpful public watching

  • come on... you know you act as an officer and not a policeman!

  • Well said, People only see half of what is actually going on and make up their own assumptions, when in actual fact they haven't a clue and just agree with other simple minded people. People are way to quick at judging the police, but arent so quick as to praise them! :)) Good job.
