thank you! all i'm really doing is staying within 1300-1500 calories per day and allowing myself a cheat meal(although that sometimes becomes a day). i try to stick to whole wheat instead of white bread, since i'm a total carb addict. and on an ideal week i try to work out 3-5 days, with small weight lifting and cardio.

thank you! all i really did was good old-fashioned eating healthier and exercising. water played another factor in it, i drink about 2 liters of water a day. also, i allow myself a cheat meal once a week.. although lately that's been like two or three times :/ and if i'm craving something, i eat a small amount of it.
