Let me explain.

The Madonna at the beggining is not real. She is a projection just like the Gorillaz at the beggining. They are both an animation, and are using pre-recorded vocals.

ohhhhhh, that makes sense now! Wow, now as I watched closer I saw that Madonna's outfit is different from the beginning and the end Madonna. She's wearing high heals in the first one and she's wearing some sort of boot things covering up her calves at the end. Her hair is different as well in the last one. Her vocals are perfect in the 1st part then the last part sounds live & not perfect ohhhh.. now I see. It's not the same Madonna. thanx man.
